Happy Monday!
I loved this weekend. It really is starting to feel like the holidays.

I'm kind of surprised looking back that I can honestly say I did love this weekend, because to be honest it was a really tough one. Not because of anything that happened on the outside, but just because of whatever is going on, on the inside.   I don't exactly understand it, and you'd think by (almost) 25, I would begin to have a better ability to quickly comprehend what is happening in my head and heart.   But, this morning, I was reflecting on this past weekend, and my geology class came back to me.  (Weird.)  I immediately pictured a convergent zone with two plates shifting and pressing against one another.   You know what happens when this occurs?   Mountains.   So there it is, whatever the heck is going on inside of me, I'm hoping it is causing me to grow up.

Life doesn't get easier.   And we can either panic over that, or we can adjust our stance to be a little more balanced, a little stronger and keep moving.

And along with all that on the inside happening, I got to spend some quality time with some amazing people in my life.   Lunch with Linda, Breakfast with Kaylee, a movie with J&B (aka, "Bubs" and "Bud"), lunch and shenanigans with Megs and Brade, and an incredible dinner at Elsa and Rosemary's new place.   And amidst all of that, I spent the majority of Saturday in my room, cleaning out, organizing, throwing a lot away, and then reading for hours.  :)   It was delightful.   And I feel I'm traveling a lot lighter on this little adventure of life.
