I need to grow in graciousness. :(

I'm working on not cutting people off.  Ironically, I'm now training the worst "cutter-offer" I've ever met.  (Yes, I just made that word up.)  And I'm realizing from two different aspects: I need to be patient.

I need to be patient to listen to others.

I need to be patient when others are terrible at listening.

I am not very good at being patient when I am in "business mode."  That means those I work with and those I live with get cut off far too often.  Please consider this a public apology.  I am sorry to you all.  And I am working on it.
