My mom's concerned about what this communicates
to neighbors and friends.
to neighbors and friends.
I told her it will inspire people to ask, "Where is Jesus?" And that's a very good question. She's worried it will tell them, we don't have Jesus. Or that we've lost Jesus. I told her not to worry, it will simply tell them we are deep and we're introducing a very important conversation. It's now not only a nativity, it is a piece of art, a social conversation. It inspires questions and infers seeking.

I am so confused by all this baby jesus stuff...
Actually I know people who don't put baby jesus in the manger until xmas eve because well....he wasn't on the scene until then...so literal!
Rosie.... did you read the blog about it? Because I told the WHOLE story a couple days ago. It was right above the pictures I posted of him..lol.
But will He return? KATI KEEPS HIM TO HERSELF!! OUR FAMILY IS IN DEEP PRAYER ABOUT THIS. OH JESUS WHERE ARE YOU? The Three Kings have come so far.
Mary and Joseph just stand there looking at that empty manger. Everyday We see them just staring.
