I spent all day Saturday at my house, just Kate and I. We left the TV off, built a fire, put in some Buble and enjoyed the perfect fall day. I did things I'd long been saying I'd do, and some I simply haven't made time for in nearly a year - like sketching, and sowing the button back on my favorite coat, making some gifts, writing cards and even sowing a fun pillow.  : )  And then we ended the night with a movie. 

And all the while I was thinking, this is why we love fall.
