Sometimes, I like to give you little gifts.  What can I say, I'm a gift giver.  Today, is one of those days.  Cool bloggers do drawings and give real gifts. But not this lady. Oh no.

Here's your gift.  If you haven't listened to one of these groups, please go do so now. You've probably heard of them all, I'm not tyring to be ahead of the curve or cool... I just realized the other day that one of my friends had never heard of Mumford and Sons.  This sparked a deep questioning of my heart Am I robbing my friends? Other friends? Of other great music?   Okay, not quite like that.  But here it is:

The Head & The Heart.  I've posted them here before.  They're wonderful.  They're playing at the Capitol Hill Block Party, which if you haven't gotten tickets for yet, you probably won't.  BUT, all this month, their CD is selling for $5.  Go spend that money wisely.

Drew Halcomb & The Neighbors.  All of it, good.  I just listened to Fire & Dynamite again, mmm.

The Civil Wars.  Who am I kidding, you've heard them.  Same with Mumford and all the rest.  Have any good music to share? Comment away my friends.  Yes, "commenting"-  it's a medieval act of leaving a response for the blogger. ;)  I keep little notepads/ sticky notes/ lists in my phone of songs and artists I hear and like.
