A few glimpses from The Hunger Games book club. I will say just this, I had a fun time planning, prepping and even at the party itself, even if it didn't go quite as planned. :)
A chocolate cake I made up.... kristin said it tasted like a giant cocoa puff. She was sort of right! I used cocoa powder and pinot noir to adapt another recipe.

(It went well with the raspberries - and was a play off of Peeta's love for hot chocolate... and of course the berries from book 1 ;)
