Herbs are so unexpeted and exciting. Rosemary, nicely added to something.... it's like the final gift on Christmas morning. You didn't even know it was there, and then suddenly dad pulls out a box from behind the couch that you know is that thing you asked for but didn't think you'd actually get.

Yep, that is the rosemary in my foccacia bread this afternoon.
