If I ever am a business owner (which I think I'd like to be), I'd give my employees July 5th off, if at all possible. Truly, I just walked around the office and it looks like everyone else is suffering in the same manner as I am. And I wonder how much work is really getting done?

I think I'd find those days, and just give people the day off, let them make the work up on the 7th. ;)
