We decided to give a Thai Curry recipe a try. Neither of us have tried curry and both being big fans, felt it a good one to learn. You live and learn is certainly more of an evident truth in the kitchen than any where else (I'm finding). We'd do it differently next time (mainly since I did a poor job of reading the directions), but it still turned out pretty impressive.
Notice T's creative use of her glassy baby's - I love how she uses them for wine glasses. :)
