Rose, go to your stats... it is in audience. You can view it for the day, week, month, lifetime of your blog (though they only started tracking it the past couple years I think).
I was totally suprised when I was looking on the stats from my blog a few weeks ago. I was schocked that anyone out of the country was reading my blog. I personally think it is kind of fishy, but awesome if it is for real!
