Escalator Foul.
Don't block both lanes. They may think they're following the rules by not exactly standing on the same stair, but nobody buys this. Blocking the passing lane? Escalator foul lady, escalator foul. Didn't you have a mother to teach you good escalator manners?

Fun fact: NO ONE in Prague does this. Everyone knows if you're not moving fast, stand on the side single-filed. Even those couple that makeout (which there are a lot in Prague... Czech's are affectionate except on escalators) know to leave room for the passerby.
