Lately, when I get out of bed at 6, I make coffee and eat a little breakfast. Then I get in to work and by about 10:30, I eat another breakfast (because by then I'm starving). At 12:30 it's lunch. Then I snack the rest of the work day.... until I get home and immediately eat dinner or another snack to hold me over until dinner. WHY AM I HUNGRY ALL THE TIME???

I am eating the same way because of my working out. Or maybe we are turning into hobbits? Let me check my feet and get back to you.
